Can I get a refund once I have paid?
All of our products and services are non-refundable. Once you have downloaded your product you cannot receive a refund, if you schedule a service you can cancel 24 hrs. in advance with no charge, last min cancellations will be charged a booking fee. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen events please reach out so we can help.
What if I do not get results?
Our comprehensive guides and programs or designed, tried, and tested with optimal results in mind. Every program has been tested by individuals who wanted results and we have been curating and perfecting our programs for 15 months. If you are unsure that you will get the results you desire consider adding one of our health coaching services to your program to ensure you have the guidance you need to succeed. Otherwise, I can say that if you give 100% you should get the results you wish.
What if I have a medical condition, can I still do your programs?
I recommend always discussing any change in diet and lifestyle with your primary care physician or medical professional beforehand. None of our plans and programs should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Our memberships are month to month and you can absolutely cancel anytime.
